予約について
Reservations
アプリから利用したい日時を選んで事前予約できます。確実に利用したい場合は予約をお勧めします。
Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance through the app.

予約なしで利用する場合
Walk-up Use (No Reservation)
空きがある場合は、予約なしでそのままご利用いただけます。
⏱ 利用時間は約30分まで予約なし利用の場合、目安として30分程度を上限とします。後ろに予約が入り次第、その時刻が返却期限となります。

返却が遅れた場合
Late Returns
🚫 次回以降ご利用いただけなくなります後ろに予約が入っているにもかかわらず返却時間に遅れた場合、次回からの自転車利用をお断りする場合があります。時間厳守でお願いします。

2台以上同時に借りるとき
Borrowing Multiple Bikes
アプリから予約できるのは1人につき1台までです。
📩 2台目以降はホストに申請してくださいグループで複数台ご希望の場合は、アプリのメッセージ機能またはお電話でホストにご連絡ください。申請なしでは2台目以降の解錠ができません。

返却のしかた
Return Procedure
- 1自転車を元の場所に停めるReturn the bike to its designated spot.
- 2手動で鍵をかける（施錠は手動です）Lock the bike manually — the lock is operated by hand, not the app.
- 3アプリで予約のキャンセル操作をするCancel your reservation in the app so the next person can book.
次の方のために、必ずアプリでキャンセル操作をしてから離れてください。

施錠について
Locking the Bike
施錠はアプリではなく手動操作です。鍵を差し込んで回してください。
鍵がかからない場合は、車輪を少しだけ前後に動かしてみてください。ギアの位置がずれていると鍵が入りにくいことがあります。

解錠できないとき

スマートロックが反応しない・開かない場合は、以下をお試しください。
- 1自転車の鍵のレバーを上方向に少しだけ動かすGently push the lock lever slightly upward.
- 2その状態のまま、もう一度アプリで解錠操作をするWhile holding it, try unlocking again from the app.
鍵が引っかかっている状態では電動開錠ができないことがあります。レバーを手で支えながら操作するとスムーズに開きます。
