関係各位のみまさま、この度は誠にありがとうございました。
昨日10月７日よりドコモバイクシェアの運用が当方敷地内において開始されました。
実はここに至るまでかなり高いハードルがあり、構想よりなんと半年以上もかかってしまいました。
実はこのバイクシェアの運営はドコモバイクシェアによる単体企業ではなく、区役所と連動していて、
区役所による確認作業を要します。そのため、周辺住民への配慮など細かな対応も必要で、
『思い立ったが吉日』では運営に至らないのです。
また、この敷地は当方所有ではなく賃貸であるため、地主の承諾も必要で、認可許可のてんこ盛り。
誰一人反対してはならないためことを運ぶことが大変でした。
しかしながら、本件は利益を目的としておらず、危機管理を目的としていることをお伝えすると、
みなさん『では、ぜひとも！』とご賛同いただいた次第です。
見た目はただのレンタル電動自転車ですが、地震等の天災、コロナのような人災に際し、
第三の公共交通機関として災害時に力を貸してくれると信じています。
